How You Can Help

IPHD seeks grants, individual contributions and also donations in-kind.  Of its annual program value, over 90 cents of each dollar or dollar value is contributed directly  to the poor.  Few non-profit, non-governmental agencies can make this claim.  You can help by contributing or pledging any amount of money.  Donated medicines, medical equipment and farm equipment are also welcomed.

Urgent Need to Fund the Following Activities

Guinea-Bissau:  These two primary schools in Farim District need repairs.  Each school has 200 children, ages 5 to 12.  Many of these children cannot attend school because of the state of these buildings. Rain comes in to the classrooms because of poor rood conditions. Your contribution will help replace the roofs, strengthen the walls, and paint the schools.

Central African Republic:  Funds are urgently needed to repair village water wells in villages that were devastated by civil conflict in the northern part of the country, part of which borders on the Sudan's Darfur region.
